§ 10-115. Existing Buildings Code definitions.

The following words, terms, and phrases, when used in the Existing Buildings Code adopted in section 10-114, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:

Applicable governing body means the city commission.

Building code board of adjustments and appeals means the board of adjustments.

Building official means the head of the city planning department, who is designated as the city planner and also as the building inspector.
