§ 12-107. False information.

(a)

False information shall not be given to a licensee by any person in registering with such licensee as required by the provisions of section 12-105 or by such person to any police officer or other employee of the city, or to any other law enforcement officer.

(b)

A licensee shall not knowingly record false information as a part of a written record required by the provisions of section 12-104.
