§ 12-141. Gambling devices prohibited.

Gambling devices, as that term is defined in O.C.G.A. § 16-12-20(2) are prohibited in the city, and the ownership, use, or transport thereof shall be a misdemeanor pursuant to state law, except as exempted pursuant to O.C.G.A. §§ 16-12-35(a)—(k).
