§ 12-147. Distance.

(a)

Every amusement game room in the city shall comply with the proximity provision for business licensed to sell alcohol set out in O.C.G.A. § 3-3-21.

(b)

Every amusement game room in the city shall comply with the proximity provision for businesses licensed to sell alcohol as set out in chapter 6 of the Code of Ordinances of the city.
