§ 18-53. Posting of signs, notices, advertisements, etc.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to post, display or allow to remain posted or displayed any sign, advertisement, placecard, circular, notice or anything of similar nature in the city park or upon any tree, post, telephone pole, or anything of similar nature within the city park or upon any street, alley or road of the city without obtaining a permit.
