§ 2-117. Qualification fees.

The qualifying fees are to be set and published by the city commission not later than February 1 of any year in which a general primary, nonpartisan election, or general election is to be held, and at least 35 days prior to the special primary or election. Such fees, if any, shall be paid to the municipal superintendent at the time a candidate files notice of candidacy.
