Chapter 33. MOTION PICTURE, TELEVISION AND PHOTOGRAPHIC PRODUCTION

§ 33-2. Production or filming for adult entertainment.

Latest version.

Any production or filming for the purposes of adult entertainment is subject to chapter 4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Cornelia entitled "Adult Entertainment", and must meet the requirements of said ordinance prior to the issuance of any permit.
