§ 40-478. Sewerage service charge; entry on water bill, delinquencies.

Said monthly sewer service charge shall be entered upon the city water bill of each
person, firm or corporation incurring such sewer service charge, and shall be due
and payable upon the first day of the calendar month following the calendar month
in which said sewer service charge is incurred, and, unless paid by the 15th day of
the month in which such sums are due, such persons, firms, or corporations shall be
charged a penalty of ten percent of the sums so owed for failure to pay said sums
within the required time.
