§ 6-109. Purchase or possession of alcoholic beverages by underage persons.

(a)

Except as may be otherwise allowed by state law, no person under the age of 21 years of age shall purchase or possess any alcoholic beverage.

(b)

No person under the age of 21 years shall attempt to purchase any alcoholic beverage or misrepresent his/her age in any manner whatever for the purpose of obtaining alcoholic beverages.
