§ 10-181. Excavation and Grading Code definitions.

The following words, terms, and phrases, when used in the Excavation and Grading Code adopted by reference in section 10-180, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:

Building official means the head of the city planning department who is designated as the city planner and also as the building inspector.
