§ 10-182. Violations and penalties.

A violation of this article shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided by section 1-12. Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this article or failure to comply with any of the requirements of or any order made under this article is committed or continued.
