§ 12-103. Responsibility for good order and conduct.

The owner and tenant, if any, of the premises on which a flea market is conducted and all other persons offering property for sale in the market or otherwise participating therein shall obey the reasonable orders of any employee of the city in order to maintain the public safety, health and welfare.
