§ 12-106. Inspection.

Any police officer of the city or any other employee of the city now or hereafter designated by any city ordinance shall have the right of entry to any premises showing evidence of a flea market for the purpose of inspection and enforcement of the provisions of this article and may close the premises from such a sale where such sale is being conducted in violation of this article.
