§ 40-512. Restrictions on household, nonbusiness, and nonindustrial users.

During any emergency declared by the city commission as provided in section 40-511, all household users and nonbusiness and nonindustrial users may be restricted to the use of 80 percent or a lesser percentage of the amount of water used by them during the corresponding month of the calendar year immediately preceding the effective date of the resolution declaring such emergency, as such percentage may be from time to time determined by resolution of the city commission duly adopted.
