§ 40-513. Exception to maintain adequate health and sanitation standards.

The city manager shall have the authority to permit a reasonable use of water in any case necessary to maintain adequate health and sanitation standards, although such use might otherwise be prohibited by the provisions of sections 40-485 or 40-486.
