§ 40-479. Water may be cut off for failure to pay sewerage charge.

If said sewer service charge is not paid by the person, firm or corporation incurring same on or before the 15th day of the calendar month following the calendar month in which said sewer service charge is incurred by the person, firm or corporation, then the city shall have the right to cut off the water being supplied to such person, firm or corporation until all past due sewer service charges owed to city together with the ten percent penalty hereinbefore provided, have been fully paid, and a service charge of $50.00 has been paid to city for cutting on the water for such person, firm or corporation.
